At Our Medical, we believe that everyone deserves the right to quality healthcare, when, where and how they need it. Our Medical centres are open every day of the year to 10pm so you can access quality, comprehensive medical care, even on Christmas Day.

Conveniently Co-located Services

The combination of bulk billing GPs, on-site radiology (at some centres), on-site pathology, on-site pharmacy (at some centres) and first-class treatment room, means Our Medical is fully equipped to handle a range of medical needs, every day of the week. From blood tests to broken bones, scripts to specialists, we are here to help you and your family every day of the year.      

Bulk billed x-ray, ultrasound and CT scans are available at co-located Our Medical Radiology. Our radiology clinics will be closed 25-26 December, 31 December and 1 January. Our radiology clinics will be open from 8am - 6pm all other days. Click here to find a radiology clinic near you.

 

Vaccines Available

Vaccination remains our most important defence against COVID with the new Omicron XBB.1.5 subvariant COVID vaccines to be rolled out from December.

Available vaccines at Our Medical centres include:

• COVID-19 vaccines and boosters
• Immunisations and travel vaccines
• Shingles vaccines for eligible patients- subject to availability

Walk-ins Welcome

You may have family of friends visiting this festive season as this is the perfect time to connect with loved ones. At Our Medical, we offer bulk billed walk-in GP consults to existing, and new patients. No appointment required.

For ease of check-in, new patients to Our Medical should download the Our Medical app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and register as a new patient before coming into the centre.

 

Emergency, General and Cosmetic Dental Services

At Our Medical Dental, same day appointments are available for dental emergencies including severe toothache, a knocked out, chipped, fractured or cracked tooth, infections, a lost filling or crown, dental abscess and sports accidents.

Staying Covid Safe This Summer

• Consider getting a COVID-19 booster. All adults can get a booster if it’s been 6 months or longer since their last COVID-19 booster or confirmed infection (whichever is most recent). Boosters give extra protection against severe illness from COVID-19. 
• If you have respiratory symptoms or a known COVID positive result, make sure you stay home and do not come into the centre. Call the centre and organise a telehealth consult. Available for patients who have had a GP consultation in the centre in the last 12 months.
• Consider booking a private telehealth consult via Our Sage telehealth services.
  Please note: Our Sage doctors do NOT have access to Our Medical patient records.
