COVID-19 vaccines for Phase 1a & 1b will be available at Our Medical Crows Nest from early April. We will communicate via our usual channels when they become available including the link to book an appointment. To keep up-to-date, please ensure you're contact details are current with reception.
Patients eligible for these first phases include those aged 70+; aged care, disability and healthcare workers; patients with a disability and/or chronic conditions; and Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islanders aged 55+.

An appointment is not required to see a bulk billing GP at Our Medical Crows Nest. Simply walk-in to see the next available doctor, or the doctor of your choice. No limits will be placed on the consultation type or duration. Emergency patients will be given priority.
Specialist GPs available by appointment. Co-payment for GP consultations will be required.
Appointments will be required for allied health services.
Our Medical Crows Nest offers remote consultations for current patients that are unable attend the centre in-person or have flu-like symptoms. Patients can join the telehealth queue online between 7am and 8pm on weekdays, and 8am and 8pm on weekends and public holidays. Patients will need to have have attended the medical centre or seen their doctor in-person within the last 12 months to be eligible for a telehealth consult.

Isabel Ferris is the physiotherapist at Our Medical Crows Nest and is available for appointments from Monday to Friday. In addition to English, Isabel can also speak some Mandarin. To make an appointment contact reception.
Ali Chaalan is the Exercise Physiologist at Our Medical Crows Nest and is available for appointments every second Tuesday. In addition to English, Ali can also speak Arabic. To make an appointment contact reception.
Shawn Tomkins is the podiatrist at Our Medical Crows Nest and is available for appointments every Wednesday and Thursday. To make an appointment contact reception.
Carrie Cheng is the psychologist at Our Medical Crows Nest and is available for appointments every Wednesday. In addition to English, Carrie can also speak Cantonese and Mandarin. Speak to a GP for a referral.
4Cyte Pathology at Our Medical Crows Nest is open from 7.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and from 8am to 1.00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Pathology is closed on public holidays.
No appointment is required. Simply walk-in with your referral to see the pathology collector during opening hours. Most pathology services are bulk billed with a GP referral.
Patients will receive an SMS from the medical centre when the results are back. On receipt of this SMS, please come back in to the medical centre to discuss the results with the referring doctor. If you are unable to attend the medical centre in person, please join the telehealth queue via our website.
Open 7 days, Our Medical Radiology offers bulk billed x-ray, ultrasound, OPG and CT scans. All referrals are accepted. For more information visit our Crows Nest Radiology Clinic page.
