An appointment is not required to see a bulk billing GP at Our Medical. Walk-in to see the next available doctor, or your choice of doctor. No limits are placed on the consultation type or duration. Emergency patients will be given priority.

Under Medicare, Telehealth consultations are only available to existing patients who have seen their GP in person in the last 12 months. All new patients are welcome to visit our medical centre between 7am and 10pm for a GP consultation in-person.

Telehealth is only available for Cranbourne and Marsden Park. Patients of these centres can join the queue for a telehealth consult via the 'Our Medical' app.

All other patients might consider using Our Sage telehealth services, which provides access to privately-billed telehealth consults (no Medicare rebate) from 7am to 11pm every day of the year. This service is available to new and existing patients, Medicare and non-Medicare card holders. Visit www.oursage.com.au

To join the queue for a telehealth consultation, please use the 'Our Medical' app. Please note, telehealth is only available during restricted times at our Cranbourne and Marsden Park locations.

A current referral is usually required to see a Specialist at Our Medical.

You can simply come in to see a bulk billing GP about a referral to see any of the Specialists at the medical centre.

Care plan nurses, dietitians, exercise physiologists, physiotherapists, podiatrists and psychologists are available at most Our Medical locations.

At Our Medical an appointment is required to see an allied health service providers (such as a physio or dietitian) and Specialists.

Most skin checks and treatments will be Medicare bulk billed at Our Medical. Fees can apply for skin checks or treatments by appointment or skin check with specialist trained GPs.

Our Medical Radiology offers Medicare bulk billed imaging services including x-ray, ultrasound, OPG and CT scans.

Our Medical Radiology is an nib first choice preferred provider. International visitors or students that have health insurance with nib may be eligible for 'no gap' radiology services. For international patients of other health funds, please contact your nearest Our Medical Radiology clinic to get an estimate on the cost of a GP consultation.

You will receive a text message or a notification via the 'Our Medical' app when all pathology results have been returned to the referring doctor. When you receive this notification, please return to Our Medical to discuss the results with your doctor. Please do not call reception, as results will not be provided over the phone.

Our Medical is open until 10pm every day. For patients arriving in the evening, it will depend how many patients are already waiting to see a GP whether further consultations will be likely before the medical centre closes at 10pm. Emergency presentations will always be given priority.
