For current patients, Our Medical Home Cranbourne offers remote consultations with quality GPs from the comfort of your own home. Available 7am to 8pm on weekdays, and 8am to 8pm on weekends. Patients will need to have have attended the medical centre in-person within the last 12 months to be eligible for a telehealth consult. Join the telehealth queue here.

An appointment is not required to see a GP at Our Medical Home Cranbourne. Simply walk in to see the next available doctor, or the doctor of your choice. No limits are placed on the consultation type or duration. Emergency presentations will be given priority.
Our Medical Home Cranbourne is bulk billing made exceptional. We offer bulk billing to patients holding a Medicare card, so there is no out of pocket cost for most GP services. Fees apply to patients who do not hold a Medicare card and for some consultation types such as pre-employment medicals and work-related injuries.
Our Medical Home Cranbourne is also an nib first choice preferred provider. International visitors or students that have health insurance with nib may be eligible for 'no gap' GP consultations.

Dr Zoran Peric is the Geriatrician and Pain Specialist at Our Medical Home Cranbourne and is available for consultation every second Thursday from 7am to 12pm.

Community Pharmacy Cranbourne is located on the ground floor of the Our Medical Home Cranbourne building. Their expert pharmacists can fill prescriptions as well as offer medicines and products to help with chronic diseases such as diabetes, asthma and heart health. The pharmacy is open from 7am to 10pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 10pm Saturdays, Sunday and Public Holidays.
For patient convenience, Our Medical Home Cranbourne has a pathology service on site. This service is available Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 1pm.
Our Medical Home Cranbourne has a diagnostic imaging provider on site providing x-ray and ultrasound services. X-rays are bulk billed however a fee may apply for obstetric ultrasound procedures. Marina Diagnostic is open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding public holidays).
