Our Medical Gregory Hills is bulk billing made exceptional. We offer bulk billing to all patients holding a Medicare card, so there is no out of pocket cost for most GP services. Fees apply to those patients who do not hold a Medicare card and for some consultation types such as pre-employment medicals and work-related injuries.

Free flu vaccines now available at Our Medical Gregory Hills for Our Medical Membership Program members aged 5-4. Government funded free flu vaccines for children aged between 6 months and 5 years, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people from 6 months, pregnant women, people aged 65 or over, and people with specific medical conditions are also available. If you have a chronic illness, you may also be eligible for the free Government flu vaccination, please discuss this with your GP.
No appointment necessary. To receive the free flu vaccine, check-in to see a bulk billing GP at the centre using the Our Medical app.
For patients who don’t have a Medicare card, the vaccine is still free, however, patients will need to pay the standard private fee for the GP consultation.
An appointment is not required to see a bulk billing GP at Our Medical Gregory Hills. Patients can simply come in to see the next available doctor, or your choice of doctor. No limits are placed on the consultation type or duration. Emergency patients will be given priority.

So that you can plan your next visit, the rosters for our network of GPs are available in the Our Medical app - available on the App Store or the Google Play Store.
The real-time calendar will display the dates, start and finish times that every one of the doctors is working. You can also see which GPs are rostered on a particular day. Available up to two weeks in advance.
Medical Certificates are available from Our Sage from $19.
The best form of general practice is face to face, however for when an in-person consult is not available, Our Sage is the next best alternative. Our Sage provides access to privately-billed telehealth consults (no Medicare rebate) from 7am to 11pm every day of the year.

- Sign up as a NEW patient via the app, making sure you have your up-to-date Medicare card and Concession card (if applicable) details to complete the new patient registration.
Once you have signed up as a patient via the Our Medical app, you will be able to check yourself in to see a GP as soon as you have arrived at the centre. Simply select the “GP check in” icon in the app and follow the prompts.
Parents and caregivers should log-in as themselves so they can manage any dependants through the one app. This includes checking children in to see a GP on arrival.
A message will appear on the app, once you have logged in, at times when the centre has reached capacity and can no longer see any more patients. Please check before coming into the centre.
International visitors or students with health funds may contact reception to get an estimate on the cost of a GP consultation.
4Cyte Pathology at Our Medical Gregory Hills is open from 7.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday and from 8:00am to 2:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Pathology is open at weekend hours on public holidays.
No appointment is required. Simply walk-in with your referral to see the pathology collector during opening hours. Most pathology services are bulk billed with a GP referral.
Patients will receive an SMS from the medical centre when the results are back. On receipt of this SMS, please come back in to the medical centre to discuss the results with the referring doctor.

MedicinesRUs Chemist is the located directly next door to Our Medical Gregory Hills. It is open 7 days a week, from 7am to 10pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 10pm Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. To speak directly to the pharmacy please call 02 9136 4300.

Randa has over 20 years’ experience and can offer psychological evaluation and Interventions for mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, relationship / family conflict, psychotic disorders, work related stress (but not under Work Cover) and ADHD.
Psychology consults for patients with a Healthcare Card or Pension Card are Medicare bulk billed. Otherwise a private fee will apply (a Medicare rebate may be applicable).

As of 1 November, a new and more effective shingles vaccine is available for those most at risk of having complications from shingles.
This vaccine will be free for:
- People aged 65 years and older
- First Nations people aged 50 years and older
- Immunocompromised people aged 18 years and older with medical conditions including:
- Haemopoietic stem cell transplant
- Solid organ transplant
- Haematological malignancy
- Advanced or untreated HIV.

An Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, Dr Abbas Al-Wasffi, consults at Our Medical Gregory Hills. He is in attendance every second Tuesday.

Telehealth GP consults are not available at Our Medical Gregory Hills. Please attend the medical centre in person for a consult with a GP.
Telehealth is only offered to COVID positive patients. In these cases please call the medical centre. A confirmation of positive test result will be required to request a telehealth consult. Patients will also need to have attended the medical centre in-person within the last 12 months to be eligible.
Patients might also consider using Our Sage telehealth services, which provides access to privately-billed telehealth consults (no Medicare rebate) from 7am to 11pm every day of the year. Our Sage offers telehealth services to new and existing patients, Medicare and non-Medicare card holders.
Unless you are calling in relation to a medical emergency your doctor will be unable to speak to you while consulting with another patient. Our receptionists will pass on a message and the Doctor will return the call when time permits. Requests for results, prescriptions and referrals will not be taken. You will need to attend the medical centre to obtain these items. Telephone messages are sent through to individual doctors via our software. Practice emails are viewed daily and allocated to the appropriate healthcare professional electronically.
We do not accept correspondence by fax. All patient health information needs to be exchanged securely via electronic messaging, such as HealthLink (EDI code ourmedhg), Medical Objects, Fetch, GIG Viewer etc. Please phone us for integration details.
