In the event of a major emergency day or night such as chest pain, breathing difficulties or a serious accident, patients should call 000 immediately.
Our Medical Caroline Springs is bulk billing made exceptional. We offer bulk billing to GP patients holding a Medicare card, meaning there is no out of pocket cost for most GP services.
Fees apply to those patients who do not hold a Medicare card and for some consultation types such as pre-employment medicals and work-related injuries.
COVID-19 vaccines (Pfizer) available at Our Medical Caroline Springs for patients aged 5 years and over. First dose, second dose and boosters are available, including the new XBB 1.5 vaccination.
No appointment required. Simply walk-in between 10am to 6pm every day and ask to see a bulk-billing GP.
Non-Medicare card holders will need to pay a private fee for the GP consultation.
Our Medical Dental in Caroline Springs offers general, emergency and cosmetic dental. Patients can now book online.
Sandra Guirguis is the Accredited Practicing Dietitian and a Nutritionist at Our Medical Caroline Springs.
Sandra is a strong believer in taking an evidence-based approach to nutrition. She has a key interest in Women’s Health including PCOS and Endometriosis.Other areas of interest are Gastrointestinal Conditions including IBS/IBD, Heart and Kidney Disease, Sports Nutrition, Eating Disorders, Weight Management, Healthy Eating and Pregnancy Nutrition.
Sandra consults every Tuesday.
Private initial appointments are $160 for a 40 minute consultation. Private review appointments are $100 for a 30 minute consultation. Consultations for patients with an active care plan (EPC patients) are Medicare bulk billed (initial consults last 30 minutes and review consults are 20 minutes).

Free Flu vaccines now available at Our Medical Caroline Springs for Our Medical Membership Program members aged 5-64. Government funded free flu vaccines for children aged between 6 months and 5 years, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people from 6 months, pregnant women, people aged 65 or over, and people with specific medical conditions are also available. If you have a chronic illness, you may also be eligible for the free Government flu vaccination, please discuss this with your GP.
No appointment necessary. To receive the free flu vaccine, check-in to see a bulk billing GP at the centre using the Our Medical app.
For patients who don’t have a Medicare card, the vaccine is still free, however, patients will need to pay the standard private fee for the GP consultation.
An appointment is not required to see a bulk billing GP at Our Medical Caroline Springs. Patients can simply walk in to see the next available doctor, or the doctor of choice. Limits are not generally placed on the consultation type or duration. Emergency patients will be given priority.
So that you can plan your next visit, the rosters for our network of GPs are available in the Our Medical app - available on the App Store or the Google Play Store.
The real-time calendar will display the dates, start and finish times that every one of the doctors is working. You can also see which GPs are rostered on a particular day. Available up to two weeks in advance.
Some doctors at Our Medical Caroline Springs are available for home visits for regular patients, when such visits are considered safe, reasonable and necessary, which will be determined by the doctor.

The best form of general practice is face to face, however for when an in-person consult is not available, Our Sage is the next best alternative. Our Sage provides access to privately-billed telehealth consults (no Medicare rebate) from 7am to 11pm every day of the year.

If Our Medical Caroline Springs is your regular general practice, we encourage you to register for MyMedicare. You can register via your Medicare Online Account or Express Plus Medicare Mobile app.
For ease of check-in, new patients to Our Medical should download the Our Medical app from the Apple App Store or Google Play before coming into the centre.
- Download the Our Medical app
- Sign up as a NEW patient via the app, making sure you have your up-to-date Medicare card and Concession card (if applicable) details to complete the new patient registration.
Once you have signed up as a patient via the Our Medical app, you will be able to check yourself in to see a GP as soon as you have arrived at the centre. Simply select the “GP check in” icon in the app and follow the prompts.
Parents and caregivers should log-in as themselves so they can manage any dependants through the one app. This includes checking children in to see a GP on arrival.
A message will appear on the app, once you have logged in, at times when the centre has reached capacity and can no longer see any more patients. Please check before coming into the centre.
4Cyte Pathology at Our Medical Caroline Springs will be open from 7.00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday and from 8:00am to 1.00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Pathology will be open at weekend hours on public holidays.
No appointment is required. Simply walk-in with your referral to see the pathology collector during opening hours. Most pathology services are bulk billed with a GP referral.
Patients will receive an SMS from the medical centre when the results are back. On receipt of this SMS, please come back in to the medical centre to discuss the results with the referring doctor.
Pharmacy at Our Medical Caroline Springs is now open, open every day until 10pm. This makes it easy for Our Medical Caroline Springs patients to collect their prescription or medicines, if required, after a consultation with a GP. Ivnish Gujral and Urvashi Patel offer physiotherapy services at Our Medical Caroline Springs.
Ivnish Gujral can help with treating chronic pain, surgery recovery, sports injuries and rehabilitation for neurological conditions. In addition to English, she also speaks Hindi and Punjabi.
Urvashi Patel has a strong focus on rehabilitation, pain management, and movement optimisation. Through a patient-centred approach and evidence-based techniques, Urvashi creates customised treatment plans to regain mobility and improve quality of life. Urvashi has extensive experience treating pain, obesity management, respiratory medicine , paediatric's, and sports medicine.
The physios at Caroline Springs Medicare bulk bill physio consults for EPC patients / those with an active care plan. Patients will need to bring their plan to the appointment.
Private consult fees for the physios are $110 for an initial consult and $90 for a follow up consult. Health fund rebates may apply for private patients.
Appointments are available weekdays including Wednesday evenings. Some weekend appointments are available.

Our Medical Radiology offers bulk billed x-ray, ultrasound*, OPG and CT scans. All referrals are accepted.
The clinic is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Visit the clinic page to request a booking.

As of 1 November, a new and more effective shingles vaccine is available for those most at risk of having complications from shingles.
This vaccine will be free for:
- People aged 65 years and older
- First Nations people aged 50 years and older
- Immunocompromised people aged 18 years and older with medical conditions including:
- Haemopoietic stem cell transplant
- Solid organ transplant
- Haematological malignancy
- Advanced or untreated HIV.
Vaccine supplies are limited, please check with reception for availability.

Telehealth is not currently available at Our Medical Caroline Springs. Please come in to see a GP for a bulk billed consultation. No appointment required.
Telehealth is only offered to COVID positive patients. In these cases please call the medical centre. A confirmation of positive test result will be required to request a telehealth consult. Patients will also need to have attended the medical centre in-person within the last 12 months to be eligible.
Patients might also consider using Our Sage telehealth services, which provides access to privately-billed telehealth consults (no Medicare rebate) from 7am to 11pm every day of the year. Our Sage offers telehealth services to new and existing patients.
Unless you are calling in relation to a medical emergency your doctor will be unable to speak to you whilst consulting with another patient. Our receptionists will pass on a message and the Doctor will return the call when time permits. Requests for results, prescriptions and referrals will not be taken, you will need to attend the medical centre or organise a telehealth consultation to obtain these items. Telephone messages are sent through to individual doctors via the software system. Practice emails are viewed daily and allocated to the appropriate provider electronically.
We do not accept correspondence by fax. All patient health information needs to be exchanged securely via electronic messaging, such as HealthLink (EDI code omh9mapa), Medical Objects, Fetch, GIG Viewer etc. Please phone us for integration details.
