COVID-19 vaccines (Moderna Bivalent, Pfizer and Pfizer Bivalent) are available at Our Medical Cranbourne. First dose, second dose and boosters are available, including the new XBB 1.5 vaccination.
No appointment required for patients aged 12+. Patients can simply walk-in between 9am and 7pm every day.
No out-of-pocket cost applies for both Medicare and non-Medicare card holders.

Our Medical Cranbourne is bulk billing made exceptional. We offer bulk billing to patients holding a Medicare card, so there is no out of pocket cost for most GP services. Fees apply to patients who do not hold a Medicare card and for some consultation types such as pre-employment medicals and work-related injuries.

Sylvia Skibbe is the Diabetes Educator at Our Medical Cranbourne. In addition to English, Sylvia also speaks German.
Sylvia will provide consultations every second Monday. Patients require a GP referral.
Private consult fees with the Diabetes Educator are $85 for inital consults and $78 for subsequent consultations. Pensioners will pay an initial fee of $82 and $75 for subsequent consults. Consults for patients with an active EPC plan are Medicare bulk billed.

Stephanie Orellana is the Dietitian at Our Medical Cranbourne. Speak to a GP for a referral.
Private consult fees with the dietitian are $85 for an initial consult and $78 for a follow up consult. A discount is offered for pensioners.
For patients with an active EPC plan, the initial consult fee is $70 and subsequent consults are $65. A Medicare rebate of $58 applies and is usually in the patient's account within a day.

Free Flu vaccines now available at Our Medical Cranbourne for Our Medical Membership Program members aged 5-64.
No appointment necessary, simply check-in to see a bulk billing GP at the centre using the Our Medical app.
For patients who don’t have a Medicare card, the vaccine is still free, however, patients will need to pay the standard private fee for the GP consultation.
*Government funded free flu vaccines for children 6 months to age 4 and patients aged 65+ are not yet available.
An appointment is not required to see a GP at Our Medical Cranbourne. Simply walk in to see the next available doctor, or the doctor of your choice. No limits are placed on the consultation type or duration. Emergency presentations will be given priority.
So that you can plan your next visit, the rosters for our network of GPs are available in the Our Medical app - available on the App Store or the Google Play Store.
The real-time calendar will display the dates, start and finish times that every one of the doctors is working. You can also see which GPs are rostered on a particular day. Available up to two weeks in advance.
Medical Certificates are available from Our Sage from $19.
The best form of general practice is face to face, however for when an in-person consult is not available, Our Sage is the next best alternative. Our Sage provides access to privately-billed telehealth consults (no Medicare rebate) from 7am to 11pm every day of the year.

For ease of check-in, new patients to Our Medical should download the Our Medical app from the Apple App Store or Google Play before coming into the centre.

- Sign up as a NEW patient via the app, making sure you have your up-to-date Medicare card and Concession card (if applicable) details to complete the new patient registration.
Once you have signed up as a patient via the Our Medical app, you will be able to check yourself in to see a GP as soon as you have arrived at the centre. Simply select the “GP check in” icon in the app and follow the prompts.
Parents and caregivers should log-in as themselves so they can manage any dependants through the one app. This includes checking children in to see a GP on arrival.
A message will appear on the app, once you have logged in, at times when the centre has reached capacity and can no longer see any more patients. Please check before coming into the centre.
International visitors or students with health funds may contact reception to get an estimate on the cost of a GP consultation.
4Cyte Pathology at Our Medical Cranbourne is open from 7.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and from 8:00am to 1.00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Pathology is open at weekend hours on public holidays.
No appointment is required. Simply walk-in with your referral to see the pathology collector during opening hours. Most pathology services are bulk billed with a GP referral.
Patients will receive an SMS from the medical centre when the results are back. On receipt of this SMS, please come back in to the medical centre to discuss the results with the referring doctor. If you are unable to attend the medical centre in person, please join the telehealth queue via our website.

Community Pharmacy Cranbourne is located on the ground floor of the Our Medical Cranbourne building. Their expert pharmacists can fill prescriptions as well as offer medicines and products to help with chronic diseases such as diabetes, asthma and heart health. The pharmacy is open from 7am to 10pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 10pm Saturdays, Sunday and Public Holidays.
Physiotherapy services are available at Our Medical Cranbourne.
Private consult fees with the physio are $100 for an initial consult and $90 for a follow up consult. Health fund rebates may apply.
Physio consults for patients with an active EPC plan are Medicare bulk billed.
Physiotherapy services are also available for Workcover, NDIS and TAC patients.

Our Medical Cranbourne has a diagnostic imaging provider on site providing x-ray and ultrasound services. X-rays are bulk billed however a fee may apply for obstetric ultrasound procedures. Marina Diagnostic is open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding public holidays).
As of 1 November, a new and more effective shingles vaccine is available for those most at risk of having complications from shingles.
This vaccine will be free for:
People aged 65 years and older
- First Nations people aged 50 years and older
- Immunocompromised people aged 18 years and older with medical conditions including:
- Haemopoietic stem cell transplant
- Solid organ transplant
- Haematological malignancy
- Advanced or untreated HIV.

Dr Zoran Peric is the Geriatrician and Pain Specialist at Our Medical Cranbourne and is available for consultation every second Thursday from 7am to 12pm.

For current patients, Our Medical Cranbourne offers telehealth consultations. Patients will need to have attended the medical centre in-person within the last 12 months to be eligible. For eligible patients, telehealth consults are available 11am to 2pm, weekdays (excludes public holidays). Patients can only join the telehealth queue for a telehealth consult via the Our Medical app (App Store | Google Play Store).
Telehealth is offered to COVID positive patients. In these cases please call the medical centre. A confirmation of positive test result will be required to request a telehealth consult. Patients will also need to have attended the medical centre in-person within the last 12 months to be eligible.
Patients might also consider using Our Sage telehealth services, which provides access to privately-billed telehealth consults (no Medicare rebate) from 7am to 11pm every day of the year. Our Sage offers telehealth services to new and existing patients, Medicare and non-Medicare card holders.
Unless you are calling in relation to a medical emergency your doctor will be unable to speak to you while consulting with another patient. Our receptionists will pass on a message and the Doctor will return the call when time permits. Requests for results, prescriptions and referrals will not be taken. You will need to attend the medical centre or organise a telehealth consultation to obtain these items. Telephone messages are sent through to individual doctors via the software system. Practice emails are viewed daily and allocated to the appropriate healthcare practitioner electronically.
We do not accept correspondence by fax. All patient health information needs to be exchanged securely via electronic messaging, such as HealthLink (EDI code medhomec), Medical Objects, Fetch, GIG Viewer etc. Please phone us for integration details.
