Immunisation Matters at Our Medical

World Immunisation Week (24th April - 30th April) is a global event that reinforces the importance of immunisation and how greater accessibility to these health interventions can lead to better health outcomes for all. At Our Medical centres, we believe that every child, adolescent and adult should have continued access to vaccines for preventable infectious diseases in all stages of their lives.

Why get immunised?

Vaccines are a preventative heath measure provided by healthcare professionals to protect patients against harmful and often life-threatening diseases. Immunisation plays a significant role in helping prevent outbreaks of vaccine-preventable diseases. Our Medical values the hard work of our network of GPs who administer life-saving vaccines to protect patients and their community against infectious diseases.

Who can get immunised?

Our Medical have a wide variety of vaccinations available* for measles, tetanus, whooping cough, pneumococcal and shingles all designed for different age groups. While there is no vaccine yet for COVID-19, it is critical to actively prevent exposure to other serious illnesses by getting immunised now at your local medical centre.

Where can I get immunised?

Our Medical centres remain open 7 days a week until 10pm to provide continued access to essential primary health services for all patients. Find your nearest Our Medical location.

* Subject to availability. Some vaccines may incur an out-of-pocket cost.
