COVID-19 vaccines (Moderna, Moderna Bivalent and Pfizer) are available at Our Medical Marsden Park. Boosters are available, including the new XBB 1.5 vaccination.
No appointment required. Patients can simply walk-in between 9am and 7pm every day and ask to see a bulk billing GP. First dose, second dose and boosters are available.

In addition to physiotherapy and dental, Our Medical Marsden Park has dietitians, a podiatrist, a psychologist, and care plan nurse.
Bardia Paki offers audiology services at Our Medical Marsden Park. Bardia Paki has 20 years experience as an Audiologist and holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours and Master of Clinical Audiology. He has a particular interest in in paediatrics, cochlear implants and hearing aids.
Audiological services at Our Medical Marsden Park are Medicare Bulk Billed (meaning no out-of-pocket costs for Medicare card holders). This includes:
- Bulk billed hearing tests
- Bulk billed rehabilitation support including counselling and support with hearing aids and other devices
Other services include general diagnostic services, pensioner and Workcover.
Patients should speak to their GP for a referral. A GP referral is required for the audiology consult to be bulk billed, otherwise a $90 private fee will apply.

Our Medical Marsden Park is bulk billing made exceptional. We offer bulk billing to GP patients holding a Medicare card, meaning there is no out of pocket cost for most GP services. Fees apply to those patients who do not hold a Medicare card and for some consultation types such as pre-employment medicals and work-related injuries.

Free Flu vaccines now available at Our Medical Marsden Park for Our Medical Membership Program members aged 5-64.Government funded free flu vaccines for children aged between 6 months and 5 years, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people from 6 months, pregnant women, people aged 65 or over, and people with specific medical conditions are also available. If you have a chronic illness, you may also be eligible for the free Government flu vaccination, please discuss this with your GP.
No appointment necessary. To receive the free flu vaccine, check-in to see a bulk billing GP at the centre using the Our Medical app.
For patients who don’t have a Medicare card, the vaccine is still free, however, patients will need to pay the standard private fee for the GP consultation.
An appointment is not required to see a GP at Our Medical Marsden Park. Simply walk in to see the next available doctor, or the doctor of your choice. No limits are placed on the consultation type or duration. Emergency patients will be given priority.
So that you can plan your next visit, the rosters for our network of GPs are available in the Our Medical app - available on the App Store or the Google Play Store.
The real-time calendar will display the dates, start and finish times that every one of the doctors is working. You can also see which GPs are rostered on a particular day. Available up to two weeks in advance.
Some doctors provide home visits to regular patients when it's considered safe, reasonable and necessary. This will be determined by the doctor.
Medical Certificates are available from Our Sage from $19.
The best form of general practice is face to face, however for when an in-person consult is not available, Our Sage is the next best alternative. Our Sage provides access to privately-billed telehealth consults (no Medicare rebate) from 7am to 11pm every day of the year.
The Our Medical Membership Program rewards and recognises all patients through member benefits.

- Sign up as a NEW patient via the app, making sure you have your up-to-date Medicare card and Concession card (if applicable) details to complete the new patient registration.
Once you have signed up as a patient via the Our Medical app, you will be able to check yourself in to see a GP as soon as you have arrived at the centre. Simply select the “GP check in” icon in the app and follow the prompts.
Parents and caregivers should log-in as themselves so they can manage any dependants through the one app. This includes checking children in to see a GP on arrival.
A message will appear on the app, once you have logged in, at times when the centre has reached capacity and can no longer see any more patients. Please check before coming into the centre.
International visitors or students with health funds may contact reception to get an estimate on the cost of a GP consultation.
4cyte Pathology delivers pathology services to Our Medical Marsden Park patients as well as walk-in patients. This pathology service is open 7:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday. Pathology is open at weekend hours on public holidays.

Medicines RX Marsden Park is open early until 10pm every day of the year. This makes it easy for Our Medical Marsden Park patients to collect their prescription or medicines, if required, after a consultation with a GP. Medicines RX Chemist can be contacted on 9626 9111.

Psychologist consults for patients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan will be Medicare bulk billed.
Private consult fees for patients without a Mental Health Care Plan are $150. Combined couples therapy consults are $200.

Western Imaging Group offers diagnostic imaging services, located within Our Medical Marsden Park. X-ray and CT scans are available from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. Ultrasound services are by appointment. For more information or to book call 9622 2292.
Please return to the medical centre to discuss the results of any tests and investigations with your doctor. Results will not be given over the phone. Reception staff do not have access to the clinical information of patients.
As of 1 November, a new and more effective shingles vaccine is available for those most at risk of having complications from shingles.
This vaccine will be free for:
- People aged 65 years and older
- First Nations people aged 50 years and older
- Immunocompromised people aged 18 years and older with medical conditions including:
- Haemopoietic stem cell transplant
- Solid organ transplant
- Haematological malignancy
- Advanced or untreated HIV.
Vaccine supplies are limited, please check with reception for availability.

Dr Charles Nelson is a Cardiologist at Our Medical Marsden Park. Appointments are available every fourth Wednesday and second Friday. Speak to a GP for a referral prior to booking an appointment.
Dr Ahmed Al-Omary is a highly skilled General Physician at Our Medical Marsden Park. Appointments are available, speak to a GP for a referral.
Dr Hugo Wiegand, the Gynaecologist, is also in attendance once a week.

For current patients, Our Medical Marsden Park offers telehealth consultations. Patients will need to have attended the medical centre in-person within the last 12 months to be eligible. For eligible patients, telehealth is available 12pm to 2pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (excluding public holidays). Patients can only join the telehealth queue for a telehealth consult via the Our Medical app (App Store | Google Play Store).
Telehealth is offered to COVID positive patients. In these cases please call the medical centre. A confirmation of positive test result will be required to request a telehealth consult. Patients will also need to have attended the medical centre in-person within the last 12 months to be eligible.
Patients might also consider using Our Sage telehealth services, which provides access to privately-billed telehealth consults (no Medicare rebate) from 7am to 11pm every day of the year. Our Sage offers telehealth services to new and existing patients, Medicare and non-Medicare card holders.
Unless you are calling in relation to a medical emergency your doctor will be unable to speak to you whilst consulting with another patient. Our receptionists will pass on a message and the Doctor will return the call when time permits. Requests for results, prescriptions and referrals will not be taken, you will need to attend the medical centre or organise a telehealth consultation to obtain these items. Telephone messages are sent through to individual doctors via the software system. Practice emails are viewed daily and allocated to the appropriate provider electronically.
We do not accept correspondence by fax. All patient health information needs to be exchanged securely via electronic messaging, such as HealthLink (EDI code omh9mapa), Medical Objects, Fetch, GIG Viewer etc. Please phone us for integration details.
Care when it’s urgent but not an emergency
Receive value-based urgent care for non-life-threatening conditions without the need to visit an emergency department.
Our Urgent Care Service* (UCS) centre at Our Medical Marsden Park can be accessed by calling the Urgent Care Line on 1800 371 372 where a clinician will assess your needs, provide you with health information and advice, and book you into a UCS centre if appropriate.
The urgent care service is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm and can treat urgent conditions such as:
Minor injuries:
- Suspended fractures, sprains and dislocations
- Wound management and cuts requiring stitches
- Non-venomous animal and insect bites
- Minor burns
- Removal of foreign objects from skin, eyes and ears
Mild illnesses:
- Respiratory symptoms
- Diarrhoea/vomiting
- Skin rashes including cellulitis
At this stage, our UCS centre cannot treat patients under 16 and over 65 years who require an infusion; patients undergoing chemotherapy; patients with cardiac/chest pain, severe abdominal pain and serious breathing difficulties; and patients with acute mental health diagnosis.
